I’m a Limited License Counselor (LLC) and the face behind Inner Wisdom Counseling and Wellness. I chose to become a therapist because I was/am a client myself. I’ve experienced first-hand how positively a safe, nurturing space can impact someone’s wellbeing and help them navigate the ever-changing tides of life. When it comes to therapy, I strongly believe that each person has the ability to grow, heal, and achieve their most favorite version of themselves when they are supported, treated with compassion, and given an example of a secure place to land when life has them flailing in the air. My approach to creating this type of space is centered around providing a warm, judgement-free, and collaborative experience for each person I have the honor of working with. It also focuses on creating a strong therapeutic dynamic built on trust, authenticity, and rapport.
