You deserve to be understood

The key to unlocking your inner wisdom and healing is within you. My goal as a therapist is to encourage, support, and challenge you as you navigate life’s many twists and turns. Outside of therapy, you may not always be afforded the opportunity to share your deepest fears, hopes, desires, and concerns with those around you - I hope that you are. However, even if we have a strong support system, we all deserve a space to just be without judgement or bias, and in the presence of a caring other.

This is a collaborative journey that is built on a foundation of trust, compassion, and understanding.

  • ways to bring hope, peace, and compassion into your life

  • you to be gentle with yourself in times of uncertainty

  • problem-solving and collaboration to find the best solutions to your concerns and dilemmas

  • a growth mindset that promotes learning, making mistakes, embracing challenges, and fostering your many talents

Identifying

  • unhelpful and helpful ways of coping with stress/stressors

  • areas of growth and/or areas that you desire to change

  • ways of communicating in your relationships that encourages understanding and empathy

  • patterns that may or may not be helping you meet your needs and goals

Supporting

  • your journey by providing a safe space for you to be vulnerable and authentic

  • your needs and goals by making sure each session is being conducted in a way that feels meaningful to you

  • you in times of hardship and in times of triumph with empathy, compassion, and consideration
